We are currently looking to fill the following positions. Non-union production, stipend offered for December workshop.

Associate Producer

The Associate Producer is responsible for maintaining the project plan for the workshop, and serving as the first point of contact when the Artist / Producer is in rehearsal / performance. This includes communications with audience members, donors, and prospective producers; handling logistics for registration and livestreaming with the venue for online audience; and ensuring completion of health safety protocol for the cast and crew during in-person dates related to the livestream. Workshop follow-up: partner with Artist / Producer on outreach to producers, funders, and venues for development of future production of the play. Role for the 4-day production of livestream may be remote or on-site - to be determined.

Stage Manager

Support the Artist / Producer on site for the livestream rehearsal and performance, including set-up of all furniture and physical elements for the play. Prior to rehersal, assist with sourcing of set pieces, particularly a 15 x 20 piece of artificial turf for workshop by calling artificial turf companies in the area to find a donation / discount. Role is on-site for 4-day rehearsal / performance period: Zone A or B, per SAG / AFTRA / IATSE health safety protocols.

Zoom / Sound Operator

Serve as Zoom Host for livestream, including rehearsals. May include operating sound cues on the computer as well. Attendance in person on-site is likely to be required: Zone B (masked, social distance), per SAG / AFTRA / IATSE health safety protocols.

Light Board Operator

Light board operator for 4-day rehearsal / performance period in December. Role is on-site: Zone B (masked, social distance), per SAG / AFTRA / IATSE health safety protocols.
